Thorgeir Skorargeir is Njáll's kinsman and Kári's first comrade in the long vengeance for the Burning. A brave and able fighter, Thorgeir shares the early, hottest stretch of the avenging before the law and the settlements begin to close in and Kári carries the pursuit on alone overseas.
